Javi joins Myra on our planning team as a Copperwynd Financial Paraplanner. Combining his financial knowledge with the many technology tools we use to perform various research projects & analyses, Javi crafts unique plans for each client and serves as an integral part of your planning team with ongoing support and communication.

What makes me knowledgeable?

Javi graduated with Honors from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a bachelor’s degree in business finance.  He began his career with Edward Jones in St. Louis, MO as a financial planner. Javi then moved back home to Nevada where he had his practice before moving to Scottsdale.  He joined Copperwynd after holding a position with Vanguard as a high-net-worth consultant for clients, where he earned his Wealth Management Specialist designation. His passion for learning continued at Copperwynd while achieving his Certified Financial Planner™ certification (CFP®).

A little more about me

Moving to Scottsdale from Nevada in 2020, Javi spent most of the early years of his life in California. When he’s not hiking, golfing, playing tennis or competing in CrossFit meets, you can find him cheering on the Los Angeles Dodgers!
